    This article does not even imply that sleeping more than eight hours per night adversely affects one’s health. You are twisting the facts a bit.
    While excessive sleeping may be associated with some health problems, it is not a serious health problem itself.
    I hope no one is losing sleep over this.

  2. Mark, i think that they have their facts straight from a proffesional, and that getting more than 8 hours per night can absolutely affect one’s health in a negative way.So either leave a positive comment or dry it up, critic.
